Irritable bowel syndrome

IBS can be a debilitating and difficult condiiton to manage. It is often characterised by gut symptoms such as diarrhoea, abdominal pain, wind and bloating. Adapting your diet and lifestyle according to your symptoms are key components in the management of this condition. I am fully trained to support you with the low FODMAP diet.

Inflammatory bowel disease

Inflammatory bowel diseases include Crohn's and Colitis. These are chronic conditions which cause inflammation to the bowel and other parts of the digestive system. I am able to offer support with making suitable changes to diet and lifestyle to help improve your symptoms and achieve an adequate nutritional intake.

Gut health and related conditions

Whether you want to improve your overall gut health, or improve functional symptoms such as constipation, bloating, functional dyspepsia and acid reflux, individualised dietary changes are crucial for managing these conditions. I can also help with conditions such as small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, bile acid malabsorption and digestive issues following gut surgery.

Women's health conditions

Conditions such as endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome can be very difficult to live with. The symptoms experienced can be significantly optimised with dietary management, this is an area I am very passionate about.

Fertility nutrition

Both male and female nutrition plays a key role in fertility. This includes increasing the chances of a successful pregnancy. I can offer advice and support through preconception, IVF and infertility. 


The menopause can be a challenging time for women. Offering understanding and support, I can advise on key nutrition and lifestyle changes which can help to improve symptoms relating to the menopause.

Other services

In addition to individual consultations, I am trained in the delivery of structured education and group facilitation. This could take place within support groups, in the workplace or other institutions. I am also able to provide nutrition related health writing.

Sports nutrition

In all sports, good nutrition is vital to support training, recovery and competition. Each individual and sport has a unique set of needs - thorough assessment and planning are essential to ensure these are met. I can work with coaches and individuals to assess requirements and support in implementing these.
