As a dietitian, I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their long-term diet and nutrition goals. My main areas of interest and clinical specialism are gastrointestinal conditions, women's health and sports nutrition.

.

I have been a HCPC registered dietitian since 2012 and have worked in several clinical roles, providing me with a breadth of knowledge and experience in delivering nutritional care. I have completed both the British Dietetic Association and King’s College London low FODMAP diet and IBS management courses in addition to training in fertility nutrition, menopause and women's health conditions.

Sport has always been a part of my life and sparked my interest in nutrition from an early age. Following completion of the PGCert in sport & exercise nutrition, I am fortunate to be able to support others to underpin their physical pursuits with individualised nutrition support.

The conditions I can help with include:
Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Inflammatory bowel disease

Gut related disorders including gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, functional dyspepsia, dysmotility and constipation

Gut and bowel surgery

Women’s health through the lifespan, including fertility, polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis and menopause

Sports nutrition

In addition to individual consultations, I also deliver group sessions and talks. More information can be found in the services tab.
